half hour of elliptical, 45 minutes of treadmill last night. upped the speed on both. my hips hate me today. supposed to go walk with rae and blair after work. we'll see how that goes.

managed to get in about 40 minutes of upper body work yesterday, with mostly dumbells. i did end up going back to the weight machines toward the end for the overhead press, the butterflies, and the lat pulldowns but i did everything else with the freeweights. then i did a half hour on the treadmill.

i did drink a bottle of water when i got home, but it apparently wasn't enough, as you can see i'm a little on the dehydrated side this morning. i'll have to remember to drink lots of water today. planning on doing an hour of cardio tonight.

worked out last night. did about 40 minutes of lower body then a half hour on the treadmill. planning on going back tonight for 45 minutes of upper body, using free weights/dumbells, then a half hour on the elliptical. hopefully bryan won't eat all the leftovers today and there will still be some when i get home tonight so i don't have to cook.

lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride.

twice in the last week i've eaten so much i threw up. past the point of hungry, i keep eating. past the point of full, i keep eating. past the point where my body is telling me "this is a really bad idea, and you're going to regret it later", i keep eating.

i'm putting back on weight and i'm past the point where i can just slow down a little and let my metabolism work it back off. i must get back to the gym tomorrow. i must stop eating so much.

my skin hurts.

i'm weak

i've been eating way too much this week. i can feel myself swelling up. i've put weight and fat back on, according to my clothes, my mirror, and my scale. :( next week i start all over again at the gym.

yesterday i went to kickboxing with rae. tonight we have kickball, if we don't get rained out. tomorrow we have kickball practice. no games on sunday because of mothers day.

monday. monday i'm going to do it. bryan's car is running now. no excuses.

have been slacking over the last couple weeks. fully intended to get back into it last week, and even got out to do upper body on monday, but then ended up spending wednesday and thursday helping bryan work on his car. was going to go to kick boxing with rae on thursday, but the class got canceled and instead of going to do some cardio anyway, which would have been the smart thing, i went to watch some kickball. friday we had a game where our 4th girl didn't show up so i had to play, but i scored a run and almost two. saturday we had to get up early to go run errands and ended up working on cars all day. yesterday we had more kickball and i played again, but i did really badly.

this week i'm going to be on my period, so i will not be hitting the gym at all, but hopefully the following week i'll be able to get back to it.
