at practice on sunday

did my best to keep running throughout practice. i'm still not reliably able to get near the pop flies, but i'm trying. mostly i just can't seem to tell where they're actually going to fall and usually end up undershooting or overshooting the target, resulting in more running.

about halfway through practice, i strained the arch of my right foot because my cleats offer no arch support. they were free, though, so who am i to complain?

unfortunately after practice my left knee decided to start acting up, and of course i gave my knee brace to jody because it fit her better than it fit me, and hers was too big for either of us, so i took some aleve and limped around a while. going to need to get a new brace, especially if i'm supposed to play on two teams this season.

today my right shoulder is a little sore where it's been bothering me for a while, but my joint suppliments should be here any day now so that'll be all better soon. i took some ibuprophen this morning to keep the swelling down.

i am such a mess...

by the time i got on the cross-trainer after doing weights my heartrate was skyrocketing (went right up to about 165 and kept climbing) so i called it a night. will do cardio on tuesday.
