getting started
well i didn't go last night. i got to the gym, i got checked in, i looked at the crowd, and i went home. so tonight i went back and did 20 minutes on the eliptical. gotta take baby steps, i suppose.
on the weekends i am normally up around 8 or 9 am, whether i want to be or not. bryan is supposed to work tomorrow, so i'll try to get up and go to the gym first thing. we'll see if that works.

it's time
kickball season is starting soon and i'm going to be wearing shorts. it's time for me to get my sexy legs back.
i had every intention of going to the gym tonight but in my rush to get out the door this morning, i left my gym bag on the couch. bryan is supposed to come visit me today so maybe i can convince him to bring it to me. otherwise i start tomorrow.
