did i mention?

we bought bryan a blackberry curve back at the end of august. he loves it. we got him an 8gb memory card for it and loaded it up with all of his music. he takes it with him everywhere and plays music on it all the time. we also got unlimited texting so he texts at the most annoying and inopportune times (at the dinner table, in the bathroom, while he's driving...) but at least we've cut our minute usage in half. i'm planning on cutting back our minutes and getting him unlimited web when our cell cycle ends this month. happy bday honey...

sleeping my life away

vacations always screw up my sleep schedule. the night before i have to go back to work i seem to have the hardest time getting to sleep, so i just can't seem to drag myself out of bed for work the next day. the november/december time is the worst because i often end up with several 4+ day weekends in a row. then the new year starts and i have to whip myself all back into shape.

my dad used to talk about keyboardsthat were dishwasher safe.

i'mnot sure if this was another fishstory, or if it was real. if it was real, i couldcertainly use one. my space bar issticking.

i am such a party animal. every time we go somewhere, i end up asleep on the couch until bryan is ready to leave. lol just glad so far nobody has done anything malicious to me while i sleep...

happy birthday to me

i bought myself a new phone for my bday. i'm so excited!!!!

it's a nokia 5310 in purple (yeah, like i'd get any other color if i had the choice...). it has an FM tuner AND plays mp3's and even comes with a 1gb memory card pre-installed! though i did some looking online and i should be able to get another 8gb card like we got for bryan's blackberry (did i mention we got bryan a blackberry back in august?) which would be really awesome.

left 4 *puke*

bryan has been on a L4D jag recently. i'm torn on whether this is better or worse than his halo addiction. on the one hand, it's a whole new challenge for him, and he seems to be having a good time, but it seems to require less actual skill and strategy than halo, and he's doing a much better job of pulling himself away from it at a reasonable hour. he doesn't seem to swear or talk trash as much, which i really appreciate, though watching him play makes me pretty motion sick, and the sounds of the zombies make me nauseous.

new year's rockin' zombie apocalypse

did anybody else see dick clark last night? i swear i thought it was ryan seacrest in a rubber mask. holy crap he looked like the undead... like maybe he really did die a couple years ago but they keep him frozen and reanimate him for the new years celebration every year.

time for a new bed

i've been having trouble recently where every morning i wake up with sore shoulders. either i'm extremely stressed (not ruling that out as a possibility) or we need a new bed (not ruling that out either).
