otherwise, things are good. mom is in good spirits, we had a family reunion/thanksgiving/birthday/wake/celebration yesterday at my aunt and uncle's new house, which is actually on the same property as their old house, which they sold to one of their kids. lol it's a very nice house, and i had a good time hanging out with family.

afterward we went out to karaoke with my sister, her hubby, my mom, bryan and i. jim was going to go too but his throat hurt, so we went on a beer run instead and met us back at the house, where bryan planned to beat up on him and his buddy, devin, at halo 3. even a little drunk, i'm sure he did it, too.

i had leftover jello pudding and green bean casserole for breakfast. yum. :)

i'm actually a little bored and kinda look forward to getting back to work, but i'm going to be here another week. i've had requests from at least 3 different people to have dinner with them while we're here, and i think bryan wants to spend some time working on his car parts but i'm not sure how much time he's going to have to do that since the guy he needs to meet up with is out of town until wednesday, taking care of his own father-in-law's estate, who just passed away last week. ugh! then we fly back friday morning.
