something i learned
it's really tough being both photographer and model, especially when you don't have the right tools. working with a small, cheap camera with no remote and no stand, i'm lucky if i get a good picture at all. ever. yargh. i got a really cute one just now where my body looked great, but there was this horrible glare right next to my arm, and my head was at this really unflattering angle.
i tried to take another one, this time without the flash, and the glare went away but my body was at the completely wrong angle and made all me look bumpy in all the wrong places, plus my head was even worse than in the first picture, making me look like a man in a wig.
i assure you, i am not a man in a wig.

you love me
Even with a remote and tripod I take between 20 and 80 shots for a self-portrait. Which goes quicker with a remote, but yeah. You have to take a lot of shots to get a good one.
