sometimes it works

periodically i have to take a little time off from working out to let my body heal, to burn off some fat without making more muscle, and just because i'm tired of working out.

i took last week off because it was "that time". as of this morning i'm down to 126.8 lbs.

now i just have to convince myself to start working out again. ugh.
