i woke up this morning with a really upset stomach. started dry heaving after brushing my teeth. seemed to settle down a little after taking some pepcid. probably should have taken my nexium over the weekend. probably should also not have eaten a half a bag of chocolate candies right before bed.

now that the blood drive is over, i'm going to cut back on the iron. i'll still take it, just at half the dosage. it's been really eating up my stomach and no matter how much nexium i take, i'm still in pain.
