we will be flying back out to oregon for 4th of july weekend, to attend my bestest bud's wedding. i'm really excited. he and his fiance have been together since our jr year in hs i think. they've been together through his going off to be in the marines, her going to california to be a dance teacher, his living in reno as a miner and part time snow plow driver, through parental divorces, and all the other fun things that life has thrown in their way.

he was able to make it out for our wedding, but she wasn't, and i know she was really bummed about it. so when we first heard that they were getting married we immediately said "let us know when it is. we'll be there." i've been keeping my eye on plane ticket prices ever since and just managed to snag some for $300 each which i think is about the best we're going to get for that weekend.

so mom, dad, make up the couch, we're coming to visit.
