Canthan Skill Hunter

i did it! i capped all the elite skills in Factions!

now to finish out the skills in Nightfall, plus the last bits of missions that i've missed in Nightfall, and i'll have two more titles done. plus this weekend is Double Reputation Point weekend in Eye of the North, so i can go do some runs this weekend and get a bunch of points towards my Asuran, Dwarven, Norn, and Vanguard titles.

was working on my Sunspear and Lightbringer titles wednesday but i'm at the point where i have to play in hard mode to get any more Sunspear points and let me reiterate: hard mode is hard.

make up the couch

we will be flying back out to oregon for 4th of july weekend, to attend my bestest bud's wedding. i'm really excited. he and his fiance have been together since our jr year in hs i think. they've been together through his going off to be in the marines, her going to california to be a dance teacher, his living in reno as a miner and part time snow plow driver, through parental divorces, and all the other fun things that life has thrown in their way.

he was able to make it out for our wedding, but she wasn't, and i know she was really bummed about it. so when we first heard that they were getting married we immediately said "let us know when it is. we'll be there." i've been keeping my eye on plane ticket prices ever since and just managed to snag some for $300 each which i think is about the best we're going to get for that weekend.

so mom, dad, make up the couch, we're coming to visit.

im teh winnar

last night i joined a team of humans and together we beat the last two missions in "nightfall". i have officially been through all 3 campaigns now. yay!

i also earned another 9 skill points in the process, plus i have 4 more coming when i go back to finish the couple missions i skipped on the way, and when you consider that for every 3 that i earn, i get 2 more points off the xp earned from the process of capping the first 3, and that brings me to around 21 points. before those i'm already at 105/120 skills capped for cantha, which means i'll be ready to start capping more in elona, and i'm at 54/140 there. i'll have all 3 skill hunter titles in no time.

this also means i'm well on my way to the "kind of a big deal" title. hehehe
