conversations with God, both volumes.
my mom's russian tea with honey, in an itty bitty tea kettle, when i'm sick.
playing guild wars for hours and hours.
jeans straight out of the dryer.
purple stretch satin. or purple velvet. or really, anything purple.

why oh why?!
why must you taunt me so!
milk chocolate + coconut = yummy, but i don't care for dark chocolate or nuts. almond joys have milk chocolate, but also nuts. mounds have no nuts, but are coated in dark chocolate.
so i guess i'll just suck the chocolate off the almonds and throw them out. unless someone else wants my slobber covered nuts... yeah, didn't think so.

too bad, so sad
i have daily puppy on my rss feed reader. it's very cute and i find myself tilting my head and going "awwww" at most of the pictures. the unfortunate side effect is that it keeps reminding me how much i really wish we could get a dog, but can't because our lease specifically says no animals. :(
yet another reason we really need to get a house.

i sound much worse than i feel. really.
apparently i'm not dying, though i am definitely allergic to the stuff in our house, and am also slightly sick. i am now on antibiotics and allergy meds. weee.

in the nick of time
i harbor a secret love of silly "reality competition" shows. next top model, top chef, and even periodically american idol when i remember to catch it. but the only one of these to which i am religiously devoted is project runway. it is the one show i look forward to each season.
perhaps it's the fashion police in me. perhaps i just have a secret obsession with bizarre fabric and obnoxious color combinations. but something about this show has hooked me.
oh, and tim gunn. i wish i could just keep him in my closet. then when i get dressed in the morning i could just pull him out and have him tell me if it was really awful and stupid or if i actually looked ok before i walked out the door.
but what brought all this up? i'm sure you're wondering. season 4 starts tomorrow night. wednesday has officially been saved from the bring of obscurity, being previously the only night with not a single good show worth watching.
