en route

bryan is on his way home right now. he left portland at the crack of dawn this morning, had a layover in denver, is currently on his way to charlotte, will have another layover there, then he's on his way here. i'll be picking him up as soon as i get off work.

a matter of hours

tomorrow as soon as i get off work i head straight to the airport to pick up bryan. i haven't seen him in nearly a month.

for those keeping track, this is the longest time we've been apart since we started dating, four years ago. even when we were living on opposite sides of the country from each other, we saw each other more often than this.
