fell asleep around 12:30 this morning. bryan woke me at 1 am when he came to bed. finally got back to sleep a half hour or so later.

woke up at 3:30 am for some unknown reason. looked at the clock, realized what happened, jumped up and told bryan we had to go. (i knew i should have double checked to make sure it was set to am, not pm)

got bryan to the airport in time to get him checked in and to his gate, and i went back home. got to bed around 5:30 am with my alarm set for 6:30 am. bryan's brother had come over last night, had a few drinks, then got a ride home, leaving his van in our driveway. bryan told me i needed to go get him before i went to work and bring him back to his van, so he could go to work, so i planned to be out the door by 7.

6:04 am bryan's mom started shouting in her sleep in the middle of a nightmare. i had JUST gotten into rem sleep and needless to say i was not happy to be awoken.

6:38 i dragged my ass out of bed, showered, and got dressed.

7:03 bryan called as i was grabbing my purse and keys and walking out the front door. i told him i was on my way to get eric. bryan said he'd call and make sure eric was up.

7:10 halfway to eric's house when bryan calls and tells me not to bother because eric's gf is going to pick him up and cart him around.

i don't have to be at work until 8:30 am, but if i went back home and tried to go to sleep i'd likely just be late to work, so i just kept driving. i've been at my desk since about 7:45 am.

it's now 9:30 am and i have had about two and a half hours of sleep and most of a large Vault. i want to pass out but am fighting it as hard as i can. i think i will be spending my lunch break with the lights off and my head on my desk.
